Had a small issue with my BSN Sports order and wasn’t sure how long it’d take to get a reply. I sent them a message and they got back to me quicker than I figured they would, so that was nice. They helped get the problem sorted out without turning it into some big hassle. I’m sticking with 4 stars just because the first update was kinda unclear, but overall they were helpful and did follow through.

We used BSN Sports for our team fundraiser store, and it was a easy process. The link was simple to share with parents, and everyone could just hop on and order what they wanted without us having to chase people down. A couple items took a little longer to show up, which I’m guessing might’ve been due to stock or customization delays, but I don’t know that for sure. Nothing was a huge issue though. Everything arrived in good shape, and the gear looked really nice when it came in. I’d definitely use them again for another team store.

I ordered a bunch of team gear i was in such a better mood when I opened the box and saw everything was exactly right. The sizes, colors, and names all matched what I picked, and nothing was missing. That was a huge relief. Happy with the whole order

I ordered team hoodies and, to be fair, they came out solid. The fabric feels thick, the print looks clean, and they’ve held up fine after a few washes. That said, I did feel a little misled by the way they were described or shown before ordering, because I was expecting something slightly different. Overall they’re good hoodies, just not exactly what I thought I was getting...

BSN Sports has been great to work with for our school. Our coach rep gets back to us fast and is really good about helping out when orders get a little confusing. The uniforms and gear showed up correctly and on time, which makes my job so much easier. And let me just say, when you’re dealing with school sports orders, that kind of reliability feels like a miracle.

I ordered a few polos with our team logo on them and, i’m happy with how they came out. The embroidery looks clean, like the stitching is tight and not all messy or cheap-looking, which was my main worry. The colors were close to what we wanted too, so that was a relief. I’ve already washed mine twice and it still looks the same, no loose threads or weird fading or anything. They did take a little while to show up, but once I saw them I was like, okay yeah, worth it.

The backorder took longer than I was hoping, I think, but they did keep me updated along the way. It was a bit frustrating waiting, but at least I wasn’t left wondering what was going on.

I had a problem with my order and, i was annoyed at first, actually, once support got back to me, I started feeling a lot better about it. It took a little patience, but they fixed the issue and everything ended up fine in the end.

The fit was good overall, but the shorts do seem to run a little big. I kind of felt dismissed about it, like it wasn’t a big deal, but it’s definitely something I noticed...
